Ball Class - these classes use swiss ball, or stability ball as often referred to, this is an exellent piece of equipment, which can be used by individuals at home, in a gym or by taking part in classes. this class is suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced. this class will improve your posture, upper and lower body strength it also helps to target the stomach area by lowering abdominal fat. It's fun but challenging and falling off is a must!

every week your weight will be checked and advice given, if needed a personal eating plan can be designed to assist you.

ABA boxing Awards - The ABA Boxing Awards is a fun recreational activity which involves teaching the basics of non contact amateur boxing, such as stance /guard and footwork also all the related punches and defences, each lesson is well structured, which includes joint mobility, 1st phase warm up and stretch, fun and games prior to the non contact boxing lesson and of course a cool down and flexibility session at the end of the session.
